History
Vaginal infections and intimate discomforts negatively influence the quality of life of millions of women around the world and one in two women are looking for natural solutions for feminine care. The “good” lactobacilli bacteria produce lactic acid which helps maintain the vaginal acidity level in the normal range of pH 3.8-4.5 and makes it difficult for the “bad” microorganisms to colonize and multiply.
Unfortunately, most of the feminine products in the marketplace contain preservatives that may also harm good bacteria. The “good” lactobacilli bacteria produce lactic acid which helps maintain the vaginal acidity level in the normal range of pH 3.8-4.5 and makes it difficult for the “bad” microorganisms to colonize and multiply.
We developed VagiBiom® line of product with patented Lactobacillus crispatus Bi19, Lactobacillus gasseri Bi14, prebiotics, and hyaluronic acid to balance and nurture the vaginal microbiome against bad infections. VagiBiom is a preservative-free product.
As we interacted with thousands of women customers, we found that lack of adequate information about feminine issues and product choices frustrates women. For example, a good number of women don’t know the difference between bacterial and fungal infections and will tempt to try a product that may be appropriate that might aggravate the issue. Further, the issues and anxiety related to menopause and irregular periods bring a heavy toll on women’s physical and mental health.
Vee was the result of that pain point. We wanted a feminine health information portal that is easily accessible and provides adequate information about various customer issues. Vee is a research-backed and evidence-based app to support feminine health related to periods, feminine intimate issues, and menopause
